Services

Corpela Group provides:

• Software development
• Web & mobile app development
• SaaS solutions
• Cloud services & hosting
• Digital marketing & business solutions

User Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project requirements
• Make payments on agreed timelines
• Use delivered software and services lawfully

Payments

• All payments must be made in advance or as per the agreed milestone plan
• Payments are processed via secure, SBP-regulated payment gateways
• Taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client

Intellectual Property

All source code, designs, and assets remain the property of Corpela Group until full payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

Corpela Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
