This Services Policy outlines how Corpela Group (“Corpela”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) delivers, manages, and governs its digital and software-based services, including conditions related to service execution, revisions, cancellations, and refunds.
Scope of Services
Corpela Group provides digital and technology services, including but not limited to:
- Custom software development
- Web and mobile application development
- SaaS product development & subscriptions
- Cloud hosting, VPS & server management
- UI/UX design services
- Digital marketing & lead generation solutions
- Business automation & ERP/CRM systems
- Technical consultation and support services
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.
Service Activation & Delivery
- Services are initiated only after payment confirmation
- Project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are defined in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement
- Deliverables are shared through:
- Secure client portals
- Cloud platforms (Git, Drive, hosting panels, etc.)
Any delay caused by:
- Incomplete requirements
- Delayed approvals or feedback
- Third-party API or service downtime
will result in a revised timeline and will not be considered a breach by Corpela Group.
Revisions & Change Requests
- Revisions are provided as per the agreed project scope
- Any request outside the approved scope will be treated as a paid change request
- Additional costs and timelines will be communicated and approved before execution
Refundable Services
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
- The service has not yet been initiated
- No development, configuration, or consultation work has started
- A written refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of payment
- The payment was made in error or duplicated
Eligible Refund Amount:
- 100% refund (minus transaction or gateway charges, if applicable)
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
- Custom software or application development once work has started
- SaaS subscriptions after account activation
- Cloud hosting, VPS, or server provisioning fees
- Domain registration, SSL certificates, or third-party licenses
- Consultancy, audits, or strategy sessions already delivered
- Any partially completed or milestone-based work
Once resources, developer time, or infrastructure are allocated, the payment becomes non-refundable.
Service Cancellation
- Clients may request service cancellation in writing
- Cancellation does not guarantee a refund
- If cancellation occurs after work initiation:
- Charges will be calculated based on work completed
- Remaining balance (if any) may be adjusted or forfeited
Support & Maintenance
- Support is provided according to the selected plan or agreement
- Free support (if included) is limited to bug fixes only
- Feature enhancements or new requirements are billed separately
Third-Party Services
Corpela Group is not responsible for:
- Downtime or failure of third-party services (payment gateways, APIs, hosting providers)
- Policy changes or pricing updates by third-party vendors
Any third-party costs paid on behalf of the client are non-refundable.
Payment Compliance
- All payments are processed through State Bank of Pakistan–licensed and regulated payment service providers
- Corpela Group does not store sensitive card or banking information

Policy Updates
Corpela Group reserves the right to update this Services Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
